I dont know if they changed management or just hired new people or what. But its not good. Ordered a latte and they gave what looked like watered down regular coffee with no milk, etc. Crazy that they always seem annoyed when asked to remake when i know if the roles were reversed they wouldnt want to drink that crap either. When remaking it its still not great, but at least it doesnt make me want to hurl. Tasted like dirty water with sugar in it. Should have kept the people that were working there, too bad.
The Middle Eastern men working have ZERO customer service. If you ask for light ice, they will put the same amount in regardless and then if you try to ask for less ice they will lie and say that there is and it “melted”. I’ve doesn’t melt that fast. You can’t lie your way out of this one. You want to sell less drink and more ice because you’re cheap let’s be real.
