Everytime i order a breakfast sandwich with American i get cheddar. EVERYTIME. I even called this place told them to retrain the people on the difference of white cheddar and american. The only 2 options are white cheddar and American cheese. And they responded okay and that theyll give me a coupon I dont want a damn coupon I wanted my yellow American cheese and you guys always put cheddar. My breakfast sandwich was burnt to H-E-double-hockey-sticks, yet somehow the bacon was still undercooked. The iced coffee was easily one of the most bitter and worst coffees I’ve ever had. I’m honestly not sure if I was given decaf or what was going on, but it was absolutely horrible. I tossed it in the garbage after a few sips. I just couldnt stomach it. Between the burnt sandwich, undercooked bacon, and terrible coffee, this was an awful experience. I definitely will not be returning to this location.

I ordered matcha without ice,,, idk why they refuse….. I experience this kind of bs for first time…..
Croissant was burnt, hash browns were borderline burnt but at least the coffee was good
