let me start with the fact that I'm pretty sure they pre-toast the BAGELS and just warm them to order. Disgusting.. I usually ask for a dark toast, but they come out hard as a rock. So today i asked for regular toast and it was warm and toasted (at some point) but was NOT crispy like a toasted bagel should have been. I've given them several opportunities to provide good food, but they failed miserably.. I will NOT be going back
I love dunkin and this is the first one I've gone to that gets my order correctly everytime and I really appreciate that. In the past, others places would do it incorrectly over and over. The staff here also seems to be more friendly than other dunkins I've been too. This is also the only positive review I've left for a dunkin. Edit: they hired some new dude, that absolutely butchered my coffee and when i asked him to remake it he sarcastically said, "what's the difference" leave it to dunkin to hire some middle aged guy tha... read more
