every morning my order is wrong !! never a smiling face at window . today is my last day going to this store . I open my bag and missing 2 bagel with cream cheese and when you call NO answer! Horrible service this location! I will tell my staff to no longer use this DD. an di will call my credit card and stop charges..

Just some average place. I only went there once in like 2024 and some kid from 7th grade (I was in 6th) noticed me and called me “Sheldon” from my pe period. I had that nerdy looking side part combover in first quarter, so that’s why I was called Sheldon. But the place is some average Dunkin’ Donuts. Solid 3 stars
I have no idea what this place is going through. Seems management has changed again and have lost the few employees that actually cared, names Richard been going here for more then 5 years and today they lost a customer. All kids no respect and manager that lacks any as well. They are lucky to have a few old employees left that know how to treat their regulars.
