Absolutely horrible service. I ordered 12 donuts and snackin bacon. The got my donuts and then waited…15 minutes for snackin bacon. Why? Horrible service and inept staff. I asked 4 employees where my snackin bacon was. Each one told me it was being made, it takes a while. So I waited and waited and finally asked loudly where my snackin bacon was. I have never waited longer for an Uber order among my 2000 orders, for as long as I waited here. There are 7 people working, yet I was waiting for my Uber order FOR TEN MINUTES!!!! This is the most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever been to in my life. No one else is in the entire store and I am just standing here for 10 minutes! Completely unacceptable! If you cannot provide a service like every other restaurant in the area, then do not offer it. NOTHING takes 10 minutes to make at Dunkin Donuts!!!!
