Worst customer service I have ever experienced!! They cut you off if you try to order more than one item and they don't even speak to you when you pull up. They didn't say one word to me .... just pulled out their hand for the card...ignored me when I said hello politely and closed the window. Then I said thank you each time they handed me my card or an item and rudely didn't say a thing!!! Stopped by Dunkin’ with my kids for a late breakfast and had a great experience. It was nice to see the employees smiling, talking, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. One team member noticed us right away and asked if we were ready to order, which was appreciated. The store was clean, the donuts were fresh and delicious as always, and the breakfast bagels came out quickly and tasted great. Overall, this is definitely one of the best Dunkin’ locations I’ve visited. We’ll definitely be back.
