I wish I could leave zero stars. The manager was extremely unprofessional. I asked about a coupon, and instead of helping me, he told me that I needed to learn how to read. His response was rude and disrespectful, and the interaction left a very negative impression.

I do an online order for a dozen donuts and a coffee. I get there and the line is long. I go to window give them my order number. Lady says pull up, I get to second window guy says we dont have any donuts. WHY ARE you even open if you have NO donuts. Oh and they CANT refund me right there. He says I need to come back another day??? And can get my donuts ?? I work all the other days. They stole my money just to make sales.
