Horrible customer service. Even worse coffee. Do yourself a favor and just go to the one in oak lawn.
I just love the service and the coffee chill shack omg like no tomorrow.
This Dunkin’ Donuts is absurd the Indian guy that works there. The cashier which is a girl accidentally dropped my coffee. He starts yelling at her in front of me and throws boxes at her while I’m standing waiting for my coffee. Today I went in thru the drive through to grab 4 drinks and 2 bagel bites. I had not gotten a receipt which is unprofessional. I had gone to my barbershop down the block and than realized one drink was missing. I went back thinking they had forgotten and would give me my drink or it was an honest mistake.
