I do an online order for a dozen donuts and a coffee. I get there and the line is long. I go to window give them my order number. Lady says pull up, I get to second window guy says we dont have any donuts. WHY ARE you even open if you have NO donuts. Oh and they CANT refund me right there. He says I need to come back another day??? And can get my donuts ?? I work all the other days. They stole my money just to make sales. Horrible customer service!! The night crew is so rude!! Paulina has the worst attitude ever!! If your going to have a bad attitude then work elsewhere, where you don’t have to deal with customers!!
