This has to be the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever encountered. They consistently botch the orders—the tea has a distinctly off taste, and the food is a complete disaster. I specifically requested a fresh sandwich, yet what I received was a burnt, hard croissant. The hash browns tasted stale, as if they had been sitting out for hours. Don’t expect to be greeted or helped when you walk in, unless you go get the workers’ attention. They ignore you when you walk in and you wait up there like you’re invisible. Rude and slow every time I go in. This location needs to hire new workers with better work ethic.
This location is very inconsistent. I ordered the avocado toast with bacon all the time. Last time they didn't toast it and they forgot the bacon. This time I asked him to please toast it and this time they barely gave me any bacon maybe a teaspoon. I also ordered the snack bacon there was maybe two slices of bacon in the bag. Any other location that I have been to has filled the little paper bag for the snack bacon. Never coming to the store again.
