Honestly I know this is weird but every time I get a glazed donut from this location it’s literally always perfect, I don’t know why but other locations just don’t hit the same. I am a huge fan of glazed donuts as you can tell 🤣
The most miserable cast of Dunkin Drive thru workers I've ever encountered. First, they were extremely rude and curt. One of my order items was unavailable. They didn't of course let me know and let me find out for myself by rummaging through my orders. When I asked why it wasn't there, they very rudely waved at me saying curtly, "We're out of it." Needless to say, will be avoiding this place henceforth.
So I am a frequent Dunkin drinker. I actually don't drink coffee. I get the Dunkin refreshers. I used to always go to the location closest to my home in Lincoln, but they had a turnover on staffing and between it's either a long line or stuff isn't made right I had to find myself a new location. So I now go to this location. Can I tell you the staff is so friendly so welcoming they've gotten my order right every single time. There's never a line and the donuts are always fresh. Came at 7:20pm on a Sunday 7/19/2026 looking forward to getting me and my wife a coffee as I got of work. And they were closed. People walking around inside with no intention of serving me during thier hours of operation. Its a shame.
