This afternoon I ordered a bacon egg & cheese croissant with white cheddar & Chipotle. I got American cheese & no Chipotle (i added it from home!). On top of that, my croissant was burnt and hard, almost inedible! I added my own Chipotle sauce. Not only missing items but items made were disgusting. Im 7 months pregnant & was very hungry, but definitely not a good lunch. Very disappointing. Dunkin employees, I get it, works work but, maybe try more to give your best? The amount of ice i just recieved is rediculous. They get my coffee wrong almost every time I order from them. They seriously need to learn how to read.
