I understand why most people say avoid this dunkin. The staff act like they don't care. We had a mobile order and came 5 minutes after to pick it up, and they didn't have it ready. Had to ask us what our 3rd drink was and then handed it to us with coffee all over the side. I asked for a napkin and she just walked away. Horrible customer service. There are barely any people at this dunkin, so I don't understand..

I went in today order number 9775, two team members working focused on drive through. A girl had just completed a physical application and tried to turn it in but the staff told her that the manager left and that they locked their office I'm assuming there was no shift leader on duty that could take the application. Some of the new employees are extremely rude and tried to argue with me about how my coffee was made. I just got a refund and left.

I stopped by here for a morning caffeine fix, but it was honestly a pretty frustrating experience. The line moved incredibly slowly, and by the time I finally reached the counter, they were already out of half the items on the menu. The coffee I did get tasted burnt and lukewarm, which just made the long wait feel even more pointless.
