Please, fill the cups up all the way and not 1"-2" of nothing. I get not wanting it to spill but c'mon.
This used to be my favorite Dunkin! Buy a large hot latte and half of the cup is nothing but foam. But when you said something, you're told that's the way it's made. I'll be choosing a different Dunkin from now on.
Light ice doesn't mean you give me half a cup of iced coffee in a large cup. Ridiculous. I would've been embarrassed handed that B.S. to someone.
