I come here around 5 am in the morning, I get a large ice caramel blueberry regular. A simple coffee 4-4-4-4, yet every single time I come through the drive through my coffee is always descusting , it’s never made right, either has 3-3-3-3 in it, doesn’t have blueberry in it or it’s missing ingredients, and I still never complain or bash but this is actually getting ridiculous, my coffee never has a sticker on it as well so that could be the problem too. This is my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts. I love this Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff here are amazing. The guy in the window is my hero. Makes me smile every morning that old bald guy with the crap attitude that talks to you like you’re a burden in the drive-through window sounds like he hates his life. For the life of me I don't understand how someone can mess up dark roast three sugars black and still add cream especially when you tell them no cream. 🤦♂️ You 4:00 a.m. guys need to do better and it's not like I could turn around because I was on my way to work. Egg and cheese on an English was crispy and hard as well come on man.
I went through the drive-thru at this Dunkin’ Donuts today, and the experience was honestly disappointing. The first person who took my order was very helpful and kind, but then another voice came on — much more aggressive and not customer-service oriented at all — to tell me the drink I ordered only comes with one type of milk and can’t be switched.
