Manager was rude and angrily throwing things annoyed at people there to get the free cup with the refresher drink today (1/16/26) lady who took orders was rude
Ordered a hot chocolate with cinnamon and whipped cream.Put on the odor screen for drive through hot chocolate with caramel swirl.I told them I did not like caramel.Did not want it in my hot chocolate.They proceeded to tell me, they wouldn't put it in and would add cinnamon.Still got a hot chocolate with caramel swirl.Couldn't drink it
