Really poor design for this store. Can't see donuts when walk up. Gotta stand directly in the sun. They made a brand new store and the design and layout is completely bad. I'm just really not understanding what goes through these people's heads nowadays when they design things. This store sucks. Now I'm not talking about the employees because I really didn't deal with them except for one and he was pretty courteous. But people really need to stop changing things that aren't broken. We often stop by at this Dunkin site and the snacking bacon is often extra toasted but today is very burnt. If it wasn't for my schedule I would have turned around and asked for a replacement.
this dunkin’ donut spot is actually terrible! for a week they have got my order wrong! it’s either too way too much butter on my croissant or they added that nasty egg on my wake up wrap AFTER i specifically said “No Egg” and then they’ll repeat it and say “no egg, no problem” but still always add it! i don’t know if they hire kids straight out of high school or what but this dunkin’ donuts NEEDS to do better!
