Wrong order even after discussing what was in my order.
Very rude and unprofessional. They get my coffee wrong all the time. When I go back for a remake I get an attitude. I stopped going here.
It's funny to me that this location has poor reviews compared to the others, because they've always gotten my order right. Out of the dozens upon dozens of times I've been here, I think my food was a bit burnt maybe once or twice. They are much better at making drinks than some of the other locations. I can't say they've ever messed up a drink for me. Here I pretty much always get what I paid for, and I've never waited in like for more than a minute. I can't say the same for the other nearby Dunkin locations.
Really poor design for this store. Can't see donuts when walk up. Gotta stand directly in the sun. They made a brand new store and the design and layout is completely bad. I'm just really not understanding what goes through these people's heads nowadays when they design things. This store sucks. Now I'm not talking about the employees because I really didn't deal with them except for one and he was pretty courteous. But people really need to stop changing things that aren't broken.
