Served me almost cold coffee,the one thing u need to get right, make sure coffee always HOT!!!
We were very excited to hear that a DD was coming to our small little town, however, we have been very disappointed in the service. Every time we’ve gone inside to order our lattes and frozen coffees we have had to repeat our order several times because the workers do not speak or understand English, then the order is wrong. We go EVERY single day and it’s gotten to the point where we prefer to wait till we get to the one on snake road or Naples this one is never constant on our drinks. We ordered the same thing every single morning and it’s never the same and it’s never right. We always want to give it a chance but it’s been a while already they should have gotten it by now how hard is it to make a frozen coffee. Also it’s half frozen and half iced it’s full of ice. Extremely disappointed with the service today. This morning at 9:30, I ordered Snackin’ Bacon at the drive thru for my son, only to receive it ice cold. When I asked the cashier why it wasn’t hot, I was told, without any attempt to resolve the issue, that "this is how it comes at any Dunkin'." There was no willingness to address the concern or offer a solution. I had to go inside and ask someone else just to be served hot food.
