Matcha tasted very milked down, and service was poor. This Dunkin also doesn’t have mil dis.
Get on doordash like every other dunkin please. Also restock your refreshers once in a while.
My order was made incorrectly three separate times, forcing me to go inside twice to have it corrected. Instead of remaking my order properly, the staff simply reused the same sandwich and threw a sausage patty on top of a bacon, egg, and cheese and at that point I requested a refund. This was extremely lazy and unprofessional. The manager is rude, the cook, and so is the young lady with the black hair that speaks spanish. Went today and there were 4 people working just standing around. I waited by the donuts window untill the girl working there who was behind the counter finished what she was doing on her phone and decided to help me. Looks like employees are not happy and not sure if Management can motivate them
