This dunkin is CONSTANTLY out of items. 2 weeks in a row they had no large cups, one day they had no oat milk, and they have been out of Sparking water the last 3 times I have tried to order their new Dunkin Zero drink. It's literally the featured drink of the month and they can't make it correctly. I just spent $10 for 2 drinks where it was made with lemonade instead and it tastes disgusting. Ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was hardly toasted and was as tough as shoe leather and the cream cheese was almost frozen! Also got a large iced coffee with LESS ICE. Got the same amount of ice as usual. Very disappointed and this isn't the first time!
Got a bagel from here, the bagel came out ice cold with half frozen cream cheese spilling out of every orifice. There was more cream cheese and there was bagel not to mention the water down drinks. If you’re really in a rush, stop by here Somewhere that isn’t run completely by a whole bunch of entry-level sophomores.
