I went through the drive-through to get a drink and planned to use my rewards. The worker, a teenage blonde girl, told me I couldn’t use my rewards for that drink which was fine, so I paid for it. However, she smacked her lips and spoke with an attitude while telling me, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
I usually always love this one but getting your munchkins just thrown in a bag is crazy. No more boxes?????
