Worst customer service!!!! They are mean and rude !!!!
The workers are incredibly rude here. I placed an order at the drive thru for a frozen hot chocolate drink and asked if they could add French vanilla swirl to it. They tried to charge me a dollar for the pump if swirl. I told them if I place it through the mobile app it doesn't charge anything so why are they charging a dollar? The workers said because we have to and it's not up to them.. I placed the mobile order to save the dollar but wasted 15 minutes for no reason. A good coffee in the morning starts the day well. But when the coffee is terrible, there goes the day downhill. This location my opinion is the worst. The staff is too busy and or under trained which take longer on the orders. When it’s all chaotic the staff aren’t friendly.
