11:20am on 08/04/24-Last straw for this poorly run branch of my favorite drive thru co. Just returned from ordering an avocado toast with bacon. Handed it to me without bacon. Girl with lack of customer service skills & bad attitude added bacon. See pic:
Literally can't even make a coffee right. I get the same coffee everyday & somehow this is the only one that basically gives me a cup of cream.
Dakota did a wonderful job as usual with keeping the flow of service. She brings a great attitude every time!
