Secretly charged me a dollar extra because I asked for a large cup with ice in it for my double shot of espresso. Even though it already comes in a cup and I was just asking for a different one. Stealing from regular customers is not a good look.
Have gotten order wrong multiple times and can get no actual response through phone, app, or email to resolve the issues.
I walked into the store at Dunkin because I saw nobody was inside, but there was a line of cars when I walked in, I was immediately yelled at from across the counter at the person cooking saying that I came during the busiest time during the rush that she has several sandwiches to make for one order and that if I’m in a hurry, it’s gonna be a minute to the top of her lungs as somebody that has worked previously in the service industry for several years I found this offensive, rude and not very friendly. Charged me for the wrong item. Once I received my ice cream cone and pulled off, noticed a hair. Tossed it out and accepted my loss.
