I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. If I could give zero stars, I would. I initially went through the drive-thru to place an order. The wait was a bit longer than expected, but still reasonable. After receiving my order, I realized I was missing an item my second bag of hash browns. While this was inconvenient, I understood that mistakes can happen and was not upset. I just went through and ordered a hot coffee and had to repeat how much cream and sugar I wanted three times they still got it wrong and I asked for my drink to be stirred none of it got done correctly not the first time but it will be the last for that one.
Rude was there early in the morning ordered something not what i expected the employee with the large gang tattoo on her arm was super rude and scary told me to come in for my refund I guess they were going to jump me she proceeded to fuss me out and her coworker told her to stop but she persisted never again
The employees here always have the WORST attitudes. Go to this location if you want your morning soured
