I am a cheer coach. We had our final competition today in West Springfield. I visited 4 Dunkin and was turned away by 3 of them. This store had the most kind hearted staff. I asked for a large order. They were shocked! These 4 gentlemen hustled so hard for me and the cheerleaders. Jon took my order with kindness and grace. These 4 guys went above and beyond for me! Exceptional service. I work night shift. I asked for coffee hot. Didn’t ask me if I wanted cream or sugar. I asked for a glazed donut she said we don’t have any. I asked what donut do you have. We don’t have any. No sorry or apologies. You’re a donut shop with no donut, sad.
