had a wonderful experience with my family, they always are very friendly and they have hardworking employees.
Everyone that works here is so unprofessional and rude. The food and drinks are never done right either it’s Burnt or greasy and the drinks taste like water or dirt 👎🏻.
The drive thru service is excellent! Food/drinks are almost always in stock at the newly renovated location.
7/2025 - This used to be our go-to store (see earlier review below) because it was very customer-friendly. Dunkin, in general, has become far less customer-friendly. If you try to order in-store, you are basically ignored if you don't want to use the app or touch the fingered-up touch screen. Basically, it is faster if we want to eat in-store to use the drive thru then park to go into the store to eat. That's ridiculous, but it's what we do.
