Staff was nice and helpful. Caramel latte hot was not very good. Not sure if it was the coffee itself or the flavoring. Purchased some donuts too. They were okay.
Their mobile orders don't tell you that something is out of stock until you arrive at the store, which I'm sure is an app issue and not the store. Food is sometimes burnt when I recieve it, which I can understand if it was during a rush, but it was burnt when no one else was ordering. I have also had to wait for my orders while others who had ordered after me had received their entire order. Overall, good service most of the time, but except a wait most of the time.
Got my matcha latte perfect not too sweet and not to bitter amazing customer service and a great lil place just to hang out
Food tasted like it was just thrown together. Coffee was burnt tasting with sugar to cover it up.
