Honestly, this was my first ever time trying this place. It's between stops from my school to my home, so when my bus would take around 20 minutes, I thought it wouldn't hurt. And hurt, it didn't! The order taker who made my drink was very polite and gave me time to look over the menu. Another employee was there and he was also very polite to me and even offered small talk while I waited. Watched the cook wipe his hands on his pants with his food prep gloves on, then go back into the kitchen, so when we he thinks his hand are dirty, his instinct is to wipe it on his pants instead of change glove and wash hands… left without my food, I pass on your bacteria all over my sandwich

The guy helping us was so personable and nice! For being there since 4AM he was so social and friendly with us and made our experience a million times better with his energy. He told us about his concert experience and his kids and I could've honestly talked to him forever. He gave us an extra 6 donuts and mistakenly made another cold brew that he let us keep. I'm sure throwing it away would've been inconvenient but it was sweet of him anyhow.
