Staff is always kind and efficient. I order ahead and use the drive thru pick up often before work, it’s always quick and easy! Rachel goes above and beyond and is the sweetest, as is the rest of the staff! thank you Dunks team!
This place absolutely sucks . Ordered 20 mins ahead and still wasn’t ready for pickup . No one in line when I showed up . I asked an employee if they had my order . She rudely said “yea it’s coming “ I started seeing coffee orders on the counter that were place after mine . After a few minutes she finally made my coffee and after I said thank you she ignorantly said mhmmm. Incompetent employees
Was given my order and went home. WRONG ORDER. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and got home with munchkins. Woman who took my order was pleasant enough but young girl who handed it to me might want to find a job that is NOT customer facing. You’re welcome is the proper response to thank you. NOT “YUP”
Told they couldn't make an iced latte because they close at 5. It's only 4.
