Long wait
My man brought me some breakfast from them This morning the sandwich was cold hash brown was frezzer burnt idk what kind of ghetto stuff going on but my tea was the only thing enjoyable like I expect my food to be made with love but that is just not it ruin my morning management do something please I’m thankful for my man buying it for me but please go to another location I advise you.

Young lady with the afro hairstyle and the young man that wears a black shirt dark tone, has a nonchalant nasty attitude. I tired to explain to them about my order and basically I was dismissed. At first I gave them grace because they were new and just opened, at this point the service here is terrible the workers are INCOMPETENT! 15 min wait time are insane. You can be at the window and not one person will greet you but they’ll all look. It won’t kill you to greet a customer and ask them to wait. This should be a drive through only Dunkin if you a walk up customer the workers hate you. I’m a fair person, but when you are rude, there is something terribly wrong. The manager Todius needs to go. He has a major attitude and does not demonstrate leadership. I will say in fairness to the cook and the young ladies that work there during the week they try to hold it together. When he is not there they are busy but they work together and work through it and my coffee is usually right.
