I went through the drive through. The enter here sign is cleverly hidden behind a bush. I spent 10 min and driving in circles to figure out how to enter the drive through. I hope they cut down the bush or move the sigh.

It seems as if people don’t know how to do their job over there. Every time I go to that location, it seems as if I have trouble with my order every single time. GO TO A DIFFERENT DUNKIN!

I always get a double egg, bacon, and cheese on a bagel at Dunkin. 90% of the time, most Dunkins forget the extra egg. Which is fine I know they're usually busy. I just remind them at the window, but this is the first time the manager actually offered me something for the inconvenience. I told them no thank you and I really appreciate it. Great customer service!!

These people are very lazy you tell them exactly what you want. They do what they want and then tell you that that is how the drink was made when you’ve been drinking a drink for over two months the Same way and instead of the management fixing the drink, they tell you that they just won’t make them special anymore so you’re mean to tell me you won’t add sugar or cream or extra cold foam to my drink when that’s your job. Don’t go to this Dunkin’ Donuts, it’s a waste of time shut it down.

I'm sorry but there is nothing appetizing about the gentleman at the drive thru wearing a hoodie zipped down to his belly button and no shirt underneath serving food. Especially when you can see chest hair and wondering how much chest hair gets in the food. Threw it away immediately after leaving. Not sure how management allows this
