This location has gone down hill since Trey the manager was present. This morning I stopped by for my usual coffee at first. It was too late and I asked for them to make sure that the ingredients I ordered through my mobile order with present and they just said oh they gave you extra cream. I’m lactose intolerant. Why would I get extra cream so the mocha was missing they add the mocha’s all at the bottom. It’s breakfast time and the donuts are cold and dry, the hash browns are old and cold and of course the cashier had an attitude and just stared at me like an idiot when I asked if they had any type of sauce for the sandwich’s. Speak up and learn to be professional
