I was just stopping along the way to get some breakfast and the staff here are incredible! I wish I knew their names, but there were two extremely nice women who were working there who were so kind and funny. Hope to see them again!!

Varvara and Itzy were absolutely wonderful. Hard workers and extremely nice and friendly to all the customers to include myself. Customer service was great. Would give more then 5 stars if I could. Will recommend and will be back next time I'm passing thru!!
I had a bad experience at this Dunkin’ location. The staff was very disrespectful and rude to customers. I politely asked if they could melt the cheese on my sandwich a little, and the person told me “we don’t do that” in a very unpleasant way. At other Dunkin’ locations, they always treat me kindly and gladly do it when I ask. It’s not a good look for this store to make that kind of impression on customers.
Fabiana has an issue with serving black customers, and respecting Black people. Her eyes were very evil when she was assisting me with my order. She did not speak to me, she wasn’t welcoming, she wasn’t responsive when I requested no cheese on my sandwich. I asked her if she was OK, was she having a bad day, does she speak, etc, no response, she walked away instead .Her coworker, then insisted they could give me a refund, instead of correcting her attitude and her nonchalant approach towards customer service.
