This place has really gone downhill. I've been coming here 15+ years. Since the renovation, the atmosphere is cold, the donut selection is tiny, two orders in a row were completely wrong. The only way to order here reliably is kiosk. I've never seen a more conveniently placed store with such terrible ingress & egress.
