Just went through the drive thru due to the inside being closed. Attempted to get a coffee with no luck. Waited and waited for several minutes. We pulled away and the staff were not friendly!! Very poor customer service for sure.
Has a sign posted on the drive through saying that are open at 5 am, always have the lights and menu signs on, and flat out ignore customers until 6am. Won’t even say hey sorry we’re closed, just hide in the back until you get frustrated and drive off.
I'm a regular at Dunk'n Donuts in Brevard. Lately, they've been consistently fast and friendly. Looks like they currently have a great crew.
