The prices seem insanely high here. I paid $2.43 for a single donut and no napkins in the bag. Plus they asked for a tip on a hand held device they hold through the drive thru window. Horrible pressure tactic. I won’t go back here ever again…kind of sad.

While waiting for my order today , I observed an employee at the drive thru window with their uniform and arms were heavily covered in what a cat hair. I asked her if that was cat hair she said yes. I followed up with do you come to work like this all the time she said sometimes. This poses a significant sanitation risk and a potential allergen hazard for customers.
