If I could give this place a zero I would. Service is atrocious. Took 30 minutes to make a drink and serve 6 doughnuts. And I can see their orders screen, they only had three in total. Not a single smile. WORST DUNKIN IN NEW JERSEY!!!
Me and my family each ordered a donut and a drink. Only one family member got their drink. Then they told us that my drink wasn’t available, so not a big deal and i got a different one. 20 minutes pass. Turns out the person who took our order marked it as done, counted the tips in cash, and LEFT. There were only 2 employees and we had to tell them about our order and FINALLY we got our full order. Horrible wait, bad employees, one star.
I have never seen 3 people move slower. 1 walking around acting busy so they dont need to wait in customers. 1 actually serving. And the 3rd who knows. But they want 15 a hour. Garbage and do better management!!
