The owner needs to fire all managers and hire new staff. False advertising. Leaves off items when you pay for them. After being to attention of workers, I was informed that management tells employees not to add items unless brought up from customers. Female manager “Jessica” really didn’t want to provide her name or take care of the issue. Had to come in today for my hot D&D coffee. Coffee starts my day off right & it's powered by D&D. Stop in & check them out inside the Vince Lombardi Travel Plaza. Prices are reasonable & it's Dunkin Donuts. They have other food options as well for your choosing. Been coming here for years and won't stop. The employee refused to admit they made the coffee wrong, kept insisting they were right, then started giving snarky answers like, "You can just add sugar yourself." I really don't understand how people like that can work here.
