The staff at this location consistently display unprofessional and unpleasant behavior. Orders are often incorrect or overcooked, and simple requests at the drive-thru are ignored. Today, the employee at the window not only slammed it shut without acknowledging me, but also failed to provide a basic receipt—even after I asked. It’s frustrating to be treated so poorly as a paying customer. Horrible experience, ordered 6 doughnuts from the kiosk, and when it came time to get me the doughnuts they were out of literally almost every one. When I received my coffee, they didn’t make it correct either, they missed the flavor. Worst experience I have ever had a a Dunkin. I suggest not going to this one.
Used drive thru. Missing item in order. Clearly marked on receipt. No one noticed i was still at the drive thru until another car finally ordered food. No apology for mistake. Also no napkins in bag. This is a forever issue with all Dunkins I visit.
