this location is so bad. consistently out of basic items, iced coffees & lattes are watered down flavorless messes (95% of them i can't even tell they're caffeinated), and they've managed to mess up countless orders. i've only gone because it's close to my place but it's genuinely more inconvenient of an experience regardless.

When I walked in to place my order, only one person had walked in ahead of me. Drive-thru was pretty empty too. The man in front immediately started placing his order with the worker. It seemed like it'd be quicker just to order on their store tablet kiosk. After I ordered and waited for 10 minutes, only two other customers came in. The employee finally asked if I had ordered on the app, I said no and pointed to the tablet. I told her my order number.
