I am beyond furious with Dunkin’ and will NEVER be returning. This place has gone completely downhill! I ordered a simple iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich, and somehow they managed to mess up both. The coffee tasted burnt and watered down, and the sandwich was cold, stale, and looked like it had been thrown together by someone blindfolded. 20 minutes in the drive thru is absolutely unacceptable.
The latte and donut was ok, but the customer service was terrible. We were never greeted and ended up ordering on the ipad thing up front. The workers wouldn’t even look at us when we were the only ones in the store and there was one person in the drive thru. They seemed a little bratty when they finally did acknowledge us. Just a weird experience overall.
I waited for five minutes for someone to be told to take my order, while they say me standing there. No welcome or anything.
Too inconsistent.
