The Best Dunkins around. Fantastic staff, in the morning it can get very busy. But staff handle it very well.
If you come here and go through the drive-thru, you will have quick service. If you walk here or come inside, it is ungodly slow; you'll wait 15-20 minutes for an iced coffee. If you order 20 minutes ahead for pickup, you'll still get there and wait 15-20 minutes for your coffee. It is unbelievably slow inside.
I like this Dunkin's because if you go through the drive through it's very quick, but if you go inside, it's incredibly slow and I'm not sure why.
Is it standard policy to give a customer's receipt to someone else? Someone who wasn't a paying customer? You don't find that odd? An employee at the drive-thru have my receipt to someone else after I specifically said I do not want a receipt. Also, my drink was wrong. Your staff is rude, unprofessional, and incapable.
