I've been here several times during my commute and it's always been lightening fast, accurate, and staff have been friendly. They work incredibly hard! If they are ever slow it's because it's a very high traffic area during rush hour.
Friendly enough staff but basically too too fast because THEY GET EVERY SINGLE ORDER WRONG! I live nearby and keep giving them a chance out of sheer convenience but no more. I mean every...single...time... they're lightning fast in the drive-thru because they completely prioritize speed over accuracy. Yesterday two sandwich orders made incorrectly. This morning two out out three coffees made incorrectly. Fool me once shame on me, fool me like 17 times in a row just not coming back.
Usually the best DD in Quincy but not during busier hours. Every time I try drive-thru earlier mornings with at least a few cars in front of me the order gets completely screwed up...accurate is better than speedy, do better.
