I drove an hour and came at 6:01 for the drink free promotion and they wouldn’t let me do it because it ended at 6.
Easy online ordering process! Service was great, order was ready when promised, great while traveling. However on a hot day, chocolate covered donuts should be bagged separately or have a layer of parchment paper between it and other donuts.
I purchased a medium matcha and asked for a medium water. The man said it was a charge, I said ok that’s fine how much is it. He said 1.09 for a cup of water. I was thinking maybe 50 cents or something not a whole dollar and some cents!!!! Like no especially when I buy a drink multiple times a day with Dunkin heck 2 days ago I spent 20.00 in one day there and I can’t get a cup of ice water. Starbucks don’t tell me that they give me a water with no problem. Actually they give me a water with a smile and nice conversation!!!
