Poor service.. management is terrible..there is Spanish guy wearing earring was showing attitude to the customers for no reason..using phone also. that’s how you run your business here? if you don’t have a customer service then please close your business that’s it.. we are paying to you guys for the food and everything why there is arrogance in the staff.. I won’t recommend this store.
I visited this Dunkin’ location today and had a disappointing experience. The employee who served me was rude and unfriendly. I ordered 4 donuts and politely asked for a box, but she refused and responded with attitude. The facial expressions and eye-rolling made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I hope management improves customer service and treats customers with more respect.
