Staff on April 5 at 4pm were too busy discussing credit cards and talking to each other when I came in to order and they completely forgot my order being the only customer in the store. They received 1 online order my time being here but again it was just a coffee. Unbelievable.
It's was good there but like dunkin why would you change your name I thought it was a fake dunkin for weeks like can you change it back to dunkin donuts.
They don’t understand English there and gave me coffee with 3 SWIRLS OF CARAMEL BUT I DID NOT ASKED ABOUT IT!!!!!!! It was rly disappointing….
If this is the one that’s on tap, there’s one guy who works at night who makes THE BEST lattes. THE BEST. I can’t go to any other Dunkin except for this one now. I’m not sure of his name but every time he made it, it was amazing. He needs to teach every single other Dunkin worker because everyone else makes it taste like dirty coffee water.
