Food and coffee are all good. I have no issues with any of the menu items or anything. It’s the management that I have issues with. Very rude. Talk horrible about their employees behind their backs. You can have a good coffee place because of the coffee but you can’t have a good coffee place if your management doesn’t support their employees like they should. Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. Majority of the crew members are rude and very slow at making orders. The manager is very disrespectful in all means. Told me I couldn’t sit in his dining room after I placed 2 orders with them while my daughter went to class upstairs. Just very unprofessional for him to tell me that I can’t sit in and enjoy my coffee and muffin while my daughter is in class. I will not be back at all. The coffee was okay however the service was AWFUL. All 3 staff members were rude, short, unhelpful and the lady with long dreds working the pick up counter was not only rude but rolled her eyes and shoved my order at me. I highly recommend you find another place, this was a terrible experience and definitely not worth the time nor money. Dunkin, do better, customer service is not hard to be decent!
The general manager, Darius, is phenomenal! We had an issue with our catering order, and he went above and beyond to personally make things right. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for customer satisfaction really stood out. It’s rare to see a manager take such a hands-on approach to resolving a problem and ensuring customers leave happy.
