Because you can give 0. Didnt get to try the food. I was ignored by 3 staff members. No eye contact, no greeting, no one moment gestures nothing while i waited to order. So i walked away. They must not want my money thay bad.
So I can only use my credit / debut card if I use your machine place my own order ( would probably have to cook it myself ) Cash only line ( can't except card ) How inconsiderate is this I'm old and enjoy interacting with person Taking my order not working you machine

I was waiting in drive thru for 4-5 minutes at the order screen, nobody spoke to me or said “hold on a sec” I then proceeded to go inside. I was able to immediately place my order at the counter and I asked the employee is anyone was working drive thru at the moment and she said “usually on weekends the drive thru is slammed it’s not a good time to go” it’s Wednesday and the drive thru was not slammed (smh) I then placed an order for a latte and an order of loaded hash browns. We visited this Dunkin store with kids … we ordered from kiosk because the staff said so . Once our turn came to pick up they said the items are not available so told us to chose something different from available items. My kids didn’t like anything so we requested to cancel the order . Manager GOLDIE MAR refused to cancel that order and very arrogantly forced us to chose something else. She said she will not cancel the order and won’t give any refund.
