The girl with the pink hair is so sweet!! I come in every day and im so happy when she’s there. Whenever I need help on trying something new she’s always so patient and recommends me the best drinks!! She’s always multitasking and it’s really admirable because it can get so busy sometimes. thank you pink haired girl!
Customer service is non existent! The guy at the window didn’t even tell us how much our order cost, didn’t communicate at all, and was too busy talking on a device and his coworkers to even serve us right. Like you could at least hold the call while you serve us or get someone else to do it. They also didn’t have any non drink options…ran out.
they were putting up chairs at 9 pm and had locked doors when they close at 10pm.
