Asked for oatmilk in my iced pistachio latte. They added cream. Asked to change it and they said they did. But I didn't taste oat milk.
Horrible customer service. Got 2 drinks, the first was supposed to be a small hot coco mocha. She rang it up as a medium but filled the cup as though it was a small and it wasn’t even hot. The second was supposed to be an iced caramel macchiato, she at first brought a hot drink, so she remade it but it still wasn’t right. She gave me a caramel latte. Told her that’s not what I ordered and she just looked at me and walked away. No wonder this place only has 3 stars.
I came in today for the first time for a hot caramel latte and a glazed donut. The glazed donut was okay, but the latte was delicious and a worker named Valentin helped me figure out how to adjust the sweetness levels since I can’t handle too much sugar. Would recommend!
I stood and waited for 15m. Two people at 2pm couldn't help me. I just left, skipping this location. Don't come and don't give your hard-earned money 🤑
Pretty bad experience/ taste from stale donuts .I thought since they opened up 1 block away from another donut shop that they will be good competition. Unfortunately it's not even close. Do better Dunkin
