They can't seem to have a mobile order ready on time. 11 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I was in the store, and my order was nowhere to be seen. Then they asked me if I was a Doordash driver, which is just offensive to assume of one of your customers. Nobody needed to ask me anything. Just put my order out with the mobile orders and let me take it. This is ridiculous and I'll probably never return to this store
Super excited to have a Dunkin right up the hill from us! Everyone is nice, they drive thru line moves fast, and my orders are accurate, and fresh.
Came in after church around 1230 and they barely had any donuts available. The blonde cashier wasn’t helpful or friendly. Guess I’ll stick with the original Dunkin’ on 741. They are always overly friendly and always have more than enough donuts. The moment we walked in, it felt like we were interrupting their “work”. No employee said hello or acknowledged us. We chose not to order because of the limited donuts available and no employee helping us. So, we walked out.
