Don't ask for ice
Omg! This new Dunkin has worst staff. They are very rude, don’t even listen of what you are asking for, do whatever they want. I wanted to get a frozen coffee, I told the guy clearly: “make it light, whipped cream on top and caramel.” They added cinnamon powder without asking me and gave me a dark frozen coffee. I asked the guy why did he put cinnamon? I never requested and I don’t like cinnamon at all. When I tried the drink, it was too bitter, I asked the guy why he made it like that? Morning front cashier very rude and ghetto staff, recommend going to another Dunkin. Not worth going to
These people will steal you money if you don’t check who charges 50 cents because I want a little but of ice and when I told him that’s to much he told me to pay for it then please don’t go here imagine what else they do if you don’t check
