I used to love this Dunkin, but this year the staff is not it. I have been laughed at and felt judged and made fun of when going through the drive-through just because I have a certain order. This Duncan is completely unprofessional and the staff has terrible customer service. Along with charging extra for things NO OTHER DUNKIN DOES!! In my opinion, a drink should be made to look how it’s marketed and a customer should not have to ask for it to be made that way nor charged for it.
