I don't know who took over this store, but thank God they did. For the first time in 6 months, they finally put cream ON the bagel when I ordered it that way. I just assumed that they didn't do that anymore because it NEVER in 6 months came that way. I know this is intensely dramatic, but I don't care because they are finally paying attention to the details, and it matters. Update: they no longer care. Every other time I go they mess up my order.
I was absolutely horrified as I sat and had my coffee with my husband and daughter. The manager was rude and loud demanding employees do certain things- she was so demeaning. We have worked in restaurants for years and I have never been spoken to in public in front of customers how she spoke to hers. And they were all young co workers who were doing an amazing job. I would never allow her to work for me and my establishment and she should be spoken to about her approach with her employees.
