This is my go to dunkin. The staff at the window are very friendly. They do a great job and I appreciate that. Never a hard time.
My coffee comes out wrong every other time and they don't know how to put cream cheese on a bagel. I don't mean that they do it differently than I want, I mean that they don't do it at all. Even when I order it the right way.
Don’t answer the phone. Guy at drive thru took my order, made the wrong drink, charged me for the wrong drink, refused to refund me. Asked me to come inside while I had two small kids in the car for their mistake?
