Refused to make my coffee in my reusable cup, insisted they had to make it in theirs due to company policy. They would not listen or even have any conversation about it - it was an aggressive blocking reply right away. I will go out of my way to go elsewhere in the future.

Went here today on a doordash.
Young tall kid with huge fake diamonds in his ears messed up my whole order which was 2 iced coffees. I asked for 2 medium coconut iced coffees with liquid sugar and marshmallow cold foam. We got no coconut, no sugar and regular cold foam. Mind you there’s no other customers in the picture and another girl scrolling her phone. All a bunch of teenagers with no care or work ethic
