The wait time for my food is honestly so ridiculous. I asked for no egg in my sandwich because I was allergic and they still put eggs on. Workers are always on their phones and will have you waiting in the drive thru while they’re on their phones.
Super unfriendly! These people should not be in customer service. They don’t even say a word to you. It’s like you’re not even there.
Why ome of the employees come up to the window and take the tip cup away like I was gunna steal from it, that's unprofessional and if your gunna judge people then you shouldn't be working there, so much so tipping yall for good service get it right dunkin 👏 👍. Shamefull
The Dunkin’ Donuts, as always very good. It was hard to hear the worker. In the drive-through was kind of hard to get through.
Would've been a higher starred ranking, but lately they're getting my order completely wrong, and I was going there nearly daily.
