The absolute dirtiest Dunkin Donut establishment I've ever seen!! Upon arrival, the manager is out front smoking wearing open toe flip flops. Goes right behind the counter dealing with food. All the while texting and holding his phone!!! All the tables inside were dirty! When we asked for them to be cleaned, they acted as if it were a problem!! Needless to say, we walked out never to return to this pig sty!!!
I typically frequently this location as I commute to work but I will not be returning. Imagine my surprise when I bite into my bagel minis and see this. This is absolutely disgusting!
The quality of service is very low and very slow. I do not recommend coming here.
The wait time for my food is honestly so ridiculous. I asked for no egg in my sandwich because I was allergic and they still put eggs on. Workers are always on their phones and will have you waiting in the drive thru while they’re on their phones.
Super unfriendly! These people should not be in customer service. They don’t even say a word to you. It’s like you’re not even there.
