I went to this location on October 27, 2025, and ordered a meal deal. I asked for sourdough instead of a bagel. They failed to mention that three-quarters of the meal would not have food on it. Not only that, the sourdough was way too toasted, with half-burnt edges, so I didn't eat it. For the first coffee, I asked for a "candy bar" flavor, which was supposed to be sweet, but it was not; it was bitter. They were already trying to rush me when I asked for a replacement.
