Amazing donuts and terrible service, half the time the employees treat you like your order is four feet long, another thing!! Why throw away the donuts at 7:30 when you close at 8 this is an outrage I want donuts at 7:45!! One star.
UPDATE: I was made whole and got a gift card (though I did have to ask for it). The employees here have also done me a solid a few times, like given me free donuts and drinks if my wait was too long. So, just FYI, if you have an issue, you need to call their support line; don't bother with Dunkin's online portal. I'm always getting the wrong thing in my order or something missing. I can look past it if it's missing a hashbrown, or I get the wrong donut. But my order today missed an entire bacon, egg, cheese sandwich. The MAI... read more
The workers are not really in a rush to help you
Customer is terrible. They charge for a pup cup? It’s free for with purchases at other places which at the end of the day I’m fine with if they were nice about it. Every employee looks like they hate their lives.
