Five people standing around and one doing a little bit of work this Dunkin kind of sucks.
It’s average, below average at times. My last three orders were wrong, and this place has been driving me crazy lately. My biggest pet peeve, and something that really should be fixed, is the pickup process for online orders. When I order ahead, I go into the store and don’t see my order anywhere. After waiting another five minutes, I’ll ask about it, and they’ll have 3–5 orders just sitting behind the counter instead of placing them in the 22 pickup slots that are clearly designated for mobile orders. Clean place. Good old Dunkin but always seems understaffed specially on weekends.
Need to fix the drive through driveway. Full of giant potholes that scraped the bottom of the car
