Coffee was made completely wrong. They tried to fix it but failed. Tea was made correct after the 2nd time Donut had a funky glaze, not the usual but taste was good. Muffin topping was definitely not Dunkin's normal. It seems like it was melted & spread on. A very crunchy, burnt taste & zero flavor to the coffee cake muffin. It's apparent that the employees were NOT trained properly! Disappointed that this location doesn't accept the mobile app for orders & payments, plus they don't accept gift cards. They try to close at 5:30 instead of 6PM so you can't order anything hot just cold. They block the trash can to make sure you do not throw anything, either.
They Do NoT take Online orders and not so encouraging to answering any questions
