1st time at this Dunkin Donut location and I’m so impressed with the customer service! I placed a mobile order, and shortly after, the drink was prepared swiftly by Sage. Right away, I could tell the fill lines and color of the drink were perfect for me (former barista myself!). He had a fun personality and was very engaging. Thanks for a great experience!

You can't help but notice that all coffee shops are turning into want-be Starbucks. The reason I go to places other than Starbucks cause I don't like the entitlement in the servers attitude. I order a few times and all the times 30 or 40 minutes to make my order, or they told me Im sorry I cant make your food because Im by myself you can contact customer service and they can refund your money...
