Need better training. Got a Frozen matcha with oat milk. The lady had a stir with a spoon before pouring it into a cup because it was way too thick. I believe it didn't have enough milk in it.
Wow! Pricey, pricey, MEGA pricey! First time at a Dunkins and I got a similar combo to what I get at Tom Hortons in Canada: egg sandwich, large coffee and a muffin. I'm used to paying under $9 CDN at regular stops, under $11 CDN at expressway convenience stops. Just shy of $13 USD HERE! That's $17.79 CDN!! What's up NY? And why are you accepting such rip-off prices? That's 78% more expensive than Commie-da with all its over-taxing and regulatory over-burden!
On top of having a bad attitude. The blonde girl at the counter messed up the POS system by not paying attention and hade run my card 2 times. After i payed she said it didn't go through and i told her it got takin off my card. I payed via cashapp. She said it wont take the money off my card run it again. I argued about it because it was taken off my card already. She said it will go back on. Sure enough I paid AGAIN 18.76. For coffee that was made wrong. The money never went back onto my account.
