I am absolutely astounded by the lack of respect that this location’s employees have. I was going through the drive thru to order a refresher but come to find out, they were all out of the resources. So backup plan, I ordered a Matcha Latte that my boyfriend and I sat at the window for 5 minutes straight waiting for. When it eventually comes out, it is nothing but straight ice and milk. Got a Wake-Up Wrap and found hair in it. That’s a hard no. Completely unacceptable for food service. Not coming back. what a joke.
Always gets my coffee right
The people were nice but the service was super slow the last two times I was there. Each time took 15-20 mins to get a coffee. The last time I went there the creamer was bad and chunky. Since it was in the drive thru for 20mins I could not waste more time to go in and get it fixed. I will probably never stop at this location again.
