RUINED MY MORNING Worst Dunkin experience ever. I placed my order about 10 minutes before arriving, but when I got to the store, no one was at the counter. I said “Excuse me” multiple times before an employee finally came over, already looking annoyed. Bad service. Evening during pick time (I.e. Breakfast), except no one to take your order at front counter. You need to wait or shout to attention. Also expect random stuff out of stock. So try to stay away from this store if can.

Placed an order 5 minutes prior to arriving, which i anticipated having to wait longer. Although i did not expect to have to stand and wait 20 minutes to be told they didn’t have my food and I would have to wait additional time for it to “thaw”. I then had to request a refund. They had one worker making drinks and taking orders, which left the front for an extended amount of time, causing other customers to walk away. I knew the moment I realized i accidentally placed an order at this location I’d be dissatisfied.

Nasty.. worker was taking trash out and when asked for an order pickup she just left the trash and picked up the donut with her hands no gloves no spatula or wrapping paper.. employees seriously need to be trained on hygiene and cleanliness.

This is inside the Walmart. Grab a quick bite while you shop. I bought 2 donuts and the put them in a little box which was unexpected. Service was quick. I went in the afternoon so donuts were a bit dry but still delicious.
