I’ve been a regular at this Dunkin’ for a while and have usually had positive experiences, which is why I took the time to fill out their customer survey. I even gave them a glowing review and appreciated that they offered a free donut in return — a nice gesture, or so I thought. When I went to redeem the coupon, I was told it couldn’t be accepted due to an expiration date that’s buried in the fine print. The staff at dunkin’ Donuts are very nice and friendly.
Happy to have another Dunkin close to my apartment the other Dunkin off LakeRidge doesn’t seem to ever make my drinks right :( This location made my drinks perfect & my food items came out hot and fresh. Everyone was friendly. Will be coming to this location from now on!
