Orered online today before I left the house which is 5 min away. Half way there is said my oder is ready. When i got there it was not ready. There were about a dozen people with the same ussue so they are claiming stuff is ready to beat tge statistics back to corporate. Seevicec was farcfrom friendly. Not bad but definately not good. As if that werent bad enough when i got to the car and looked, well you judge, did i get what i should?? Two thirds the drink at full price add the service and its 1/3 the value in my opinion. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Plus, the coffee is consistently good.
Says they close at 9 but was fully closed by 8. I was having a craving for some donuts from dunkin but no.
The place was clean at least, and the wait was long, which isn’t terrible or unexpected and not the reason for my two-star review. They got my order wrong. I was on my way to the airport and was SO looking forward to my iced caramel coffee. Instead I got just iced coffee, no caramel, not sweet at all. Nothing I could do as I was already on the road.
